Brnch Terms of Use (Website & Early Access)

1. What these terms cover

These Terms of Use apply to:

• Visiting and using the website at brnch.bio
• Joining the Brnch early access / waitlist

For now, Brnch is a simple marketing site and early access list, not a full public product. By using the website or submitting the early access form, the visitor agrees to these terms.

2. Use of the website

The Brnch website is provided for:

• Learning about what Brnch is
• Joining the early access list
• Contacting Brnch through the channels provided, when available

Users agree not to:

Joining the early access list:

• Does not guarantee access at a specific time

• Simply records interest so Brnch can invite some users to try early versions

• Simple surveys or feedback requests

Anyone can unsubscribe or ask to be removed from the list at any time.

4. No guarantees

Brnch is in an early stage. For this reason:

• The website and any early previews are provided "as is"
• Availability or performance cannot be guaranteed at all times
• Specific outcomes, such as more clients or bookings, cannot be promised
• Features, design, and direction may change over time

Unless stated otherwise:

• The Brnch name, logo, and branding may not be used without permission

Visitors may read and share public pages and marketing content and share the Brnch website link with others. They may not:

• Use Brnch branding to create competing or misleading services

• Social profiles (X, Instagram, TikTok)

Because Brnch is currently a simple website and waitlist:

• Brnch is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from using the site or joining the waitlist
