Brnch Privacy Policy (Early Access / Waitlist)

Last updated: 28 November 2025

1. What this policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains how Brnch handles personal data for:

  • The public website at brnch.bio
  • The early access / waitlist form embedded on the site

At this stage, Brnch is a simple product operating as a marketing site and early access waitlist.

2. What information Brnch collects

Currently, Brnch mainly collects the following information:

a) Information entered into the waitlist form

  • Email address
  • Optional information such as name, profession or business type, and how Brnch can help

b) Basic technical information

  • IP address and browser information (via standard server logs)
  • Pages visited and basic usage, such as which sections or links are clicked

This information is collected to understand interest in Brnch, improve the website, and communicate with people who join the early access list.

3. How this information is used

Brnch uses the information described above to:

  • Send early access updates, onboarding information, and product news
  • Understand the types of users interested in Brnch, such as tutors, trainers, coaches, or local service businesses
  • Improve the website and early product based on aggregated usage patterns

Brnch does not sell personal data to third parties.

4. Third-party services

Brnch relies on a small number of external services, including:

  • Tally – for the embedded waitlist form and form submissions
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers – for serving the website and logs
  • Email tools – for sending updates to people on the early access list

These providers process data on behalf of Brnch. Each provider has its own privacy policy and security practices.

5. Cookies and tracking

At this stage, Brnch uses only essential and basic analytics mechanisms, such as:

  • Standard server logs
  • Simple analytics tools to understand traffic and page usage

If more advanced analytics or cookies are added in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe them clearly.

6. How long data is kept

Email addresses and waitlist submissions are kept for as long as they are needed to:

  • Manage the early access list
  • Send product updates and invitations
  • Understand and improve the product

If someone no longer wants to receive emails, that address will be removed from active mailing lists.

7. Your choices

People who join the Brnch waitlist can:

  • Unsubscribe at any time using the link in emails, if provided
  • Request removal from the list by emailing hello@brnch.bio

Once removed, that email address will no longer receive messages from Brnch’s early access list.

8. Data security

Brnch aims to use reputable hosting and third-party tools and to keep data access limited. However, no online service can guarantee perfect security.

9. Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated as Brnch grows from a simple website and early access list into a fuller product. Any important changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
